I can't sleep. It's 3 am and I woke up. I had a cigarette and made some coffee. Now I'm watching House and trying to decide whether or not I am going back to sleep. I think I'll stay awake for a while then hit the hay. I have to stay awake now that I have made coffee. The episode of House is about an author who tried to kill herself. She is good at reading minds. She also finished her novel by killing off the protagonist Jack Cannon, boy detective. House is stunned. Off to bed...
I rested again and now I'm back. My dad is going to pick me up so I can go to the VA. There are some classes I need to take there. To be continued....
I just got back from the VA and I have classes Tuesday and Friday for alcoholism next week. I really think I'm taking the right steps in defeating this. It will help me to write more. That is my main goal. Oh, and to quit smoking. They really got a lot of information from me in a short period of time. She was a younger person and she was good at what she does. Evaluate people. It was a short session, maybe an hour or so. They asked a lot of questions about alcohol and other stuff.
