Just went on a bike ride. I have been riding my twins bike a lot. It feels good with the endorphins after. The medication I am on is complimentary to ADHD treatment. It doesn't work for me unless you work out daily. It is supposed to work 30 days after you start taking it.

I just went to a group meeting at the Orlando VA and we talked about values. One of my values is knowledge and another is health. Drinking is bad for both of those. I am on Naltrexone, a drug that takes away urges to drink. I mentioned it in the group meeting and the other members had no idea about it. They all asked how to spell the name and how they could start. I mentioned they should ask their doctor. I was wondering why their doctor didn't mention it before.

Anyways, I still have not edited Diamond in the Rough.  I have been putting it off for a while now. I think it's because there are so many errors that need to be fixed. Logical and order errors but it's because I had a friend edit it and he is kind of a perfectionist.
